How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched (within 24 hours), you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the Australia Post website.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (business days). You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Every order is packaged in plain, unbranded packaging so no one will know what’s inside. Your privacy is our priority.
What will appear on my billing statement?
For discretion, your purchase will not display our store name. Instead, a generic billing descriptor will appear to protect your privacy.
Which courier do you use?

Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
